Theme:  Spring Equinox

[virtual on Zoom]

Our next breathwork group will be working with the shift into the astrological new year at Spring Equinox.

This is when the sun moves into Aries and begins a new cycle.  We can work with this energy to plant and water the seeds that we wish to plant at this time.

Our community circle is held for the first hour and is interactive (everyone is present with cameras on, all voices are welcomed).

Our circles are a time to connect with like minded people and have great conversations.  I usually mix in a bit of teaching and guided meditation, but there's a lot of sharing and connecting.

After the first hour, we take a short break and come back for group breathwork.

The type of breathwork that we do is a longer style done laying down, and the breathing is done all through the mouth.

We breathe for ~35 minutes with 10 minutes of savasana at the end to rest.

If you are new to this style of breathwork, let me know.  I'll send you a video where I demonstrate the technique and share about the benefits.  I'll also send you guided audio recordings to try the breathwork at home.

There are limited seats available, I keep these circles small and intimate, so please reserve your spot soon.

Please bring:

A journal + pen

Something to drink

A yoga mat or something to lie on
(could be a couch or bed)

A blanket in case you get cold during breathwork

Headphones to go deeper with the music during breathwork

An eye covering for breathwork

Incense, essential oils, crystals or whatever else you like

A recording will be sent out afterwards if you can't make it live.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a type of active breathing meditation that puts you into an altered state for deep healing.

I went to my first breathwork group in 2018 and it blew my heart wide open.

I quickly learned that this was the missing piece that I needed to fully heal.

I had done years of therapy before discovering breathwork, and yet this changed everything.

Breathwork helps clear subconscious and energetic patterns that we cannot shift with therapy alone.

In 2019, trained with David Elliott to become a breathwork facilitator.  Now I use this healing modality in private sessions with clients and group breathwork experiences.

Words cannot fully describe how breathwork has changed my life.  I would love for you to experience it firsthand.

FAQ

WHAT IF I AM NEW TO BREATHWORK?

You’re more than welcome to join this group.  I will send you a video to watch beforehand so that you understand the breathwork technique and get the hang of it.

IS THIS GROUP THERAPY?

This is not group therapy.  There will be an opportunity for group sharing, connections, and questions, but we will not be processing trauma as if we were in therapy.  If you need 1:1 therapeutic support, please reach out.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK?

Breathwork gets us out of the mind and into the heart and body, making this a somatic healing experience.  Stuck trauma and emotions can move up and out, clearing the way for new, fresh energy.  It also opens our intuition, allowing messages + guidance to come through.

WILL THE VIRTUAL SESSION ON ZOOM BE RECORDED IF I CAN'T MAKE IT LIVE?

Yes, the virtual session will be recorded and the replay will be emailed out to everyone after we meet.

Are you breathing just a little and calling it a life?
